El Canto Del Coquí (Song of the Native Frog) ..By Pipi Ray Diamond
1 oz. Don Q Anejo rum
½ oz. Don Q Coco rum
¾ oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 oz. coconut milk
2 oz. soda water or enough to fill the glass
Garnish: ground cloves and nutmeg Instructions:
Measure the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and both rums and pour into a mixing glass. Shake with ice using a Boston shaker and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Add soda water. Stir with spoon. Dust the top of the drink with the spices. This drink uses flavors from Coquíto, an eggnog served at Christmastime in Puerto Rico. Watch the sunset, sip this drink and listen to the call of the coquí, the spirit of Puerto Rico.
